We make great kitchens simple
Just Kitchen Upgrade was founded on one belief: most Canadian kitchens don’t need to be torn out — they need to be upgraded. We built a training academy, a national supply chain and a franchise model so homeowners anywhere in the country get the same beautiful result.
Our story
It started with a single mobile spray booth and a stack of oak doors in a suburban driveway. The idea was simple — give families the kitchen they wanted without the months of dust, the dumpster in the driveway or the renovation-sized bill. Word spread the way it always does in Canada: a neighbour, then a cousin, then a whole street.
Today, Just Kitchen Upgrade is a network of locally owned teams in every province and territory. Each owner lives in the community they serve, trains at our academy and follows the same playbook, so a kitchen in Kelowna is finished to the same standard as one in Charlottetown.
What we believe
- Keep what works. If the layout and boxes are good, we upgrade the surfaces — it’s better for your budget and for the landfill.
- Say the price out loud. Every quote is fixed and itemised before work begins.
- Finish like a factory. Sprayed catalysed finishes, never brushed latex.

Leadership
Our head office team brings decades of cabinet finishing, franchising and home-services experience. We spend most of our time doing two things: training new owners and improving the systems that make projects predictable.
