Every Just Kitchen Upgrade service includes a workmanship warranty backed by your local owner and, if that location ever changes hands, by Just Kitchen Upgrade nationally.
What is covered
- Adhesion, peeling, bubbling or cracking of sprayed finishes
- Lifting or separation of refacing veneer and laminate
- Door and drawer-front alignment
- Hinges, glides and hardware installed by us
- Countertop seams, caulking and installation
- Tile, grout and flooring installation defects
What is not covered
- Impact damage, scratches, chips from use, pet damage
- Water or steam damage from leaks or appliances
- Use of abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners
- Natural stone colour variation and movement
- Products supplied by the homeowner
Term
Workmanship warranty terms are stated on your quote and are a minimum of two years on all services; many locations extend finishing warranties to five years. Manufacturer warranties on doors, quartz, flooring and hardware apply in addition.

Contact your local team or head office with your project address and photos. We acknowledge within one business day and schedule a visit within ten.
