The most-requested cabinet colours this year are warm off-whites, sage and forest greens, navy on islands and natural white-oak tones — often two of them in the same kitchen.
1. Warm white uppers
Pure white has cooled off. Creamy, slightly grey whites photograph beautifully and hide fingerprints better.
2. Green lowers
Sage for farmhouse and coastal looks, deeper forest green for traditional and moody kitchens. Pairs with brass.
3. Navy islands
Still the safest “bold” choice; works with almost every white and every quartz.
4. Wood is back
Refacing with rift-cut white oak veneer, or painting uppers and leaving a wood island, gives warmth without going full 2005.
Try it in your own light
Colours shift dramatically between a north-facing Edmonton kitchen and a south-facing one in Halifax. Our designers bring sprayed sample doors — not paper chips — so you choose in your real light.
